The Best Comb Over in Japan
I rarely turn my tv on. Almost every time I do, I am reminded why I don't. With one exception, I know the picture is pretty bad but I took it with my cell phone and it is of the tv. I think this man has the best comb over I have ever seen, I just thought that was something I needed to share...
